Euro crisis people problem

When I look at the debts acured by Italy and Greece I can understand why the people of these respective nation are upset. Why should they give back what wasn't there in the first place,this is what make the austerity pill so difficult to swallow. The citizens of the monetarily famished countries are losing their privileged status. Refusal on their part is denial on the governing bodies part. I sense that the Euro will soon become a relic of a vision of a modern Eropean society that was fallen by the self- afflicted wounds of greed and bad management. So let the party begin and hopefully the civil side of austerity will work in favor of these heavily indebted nations. Although when a see the staggering loses of the Greeks and Italians, I feel as though only a very generous reduction in outstanding loan repayments will effectively avert a disaster that is around the corner.
